Managing Problems 

Setbacks and challenges are a part of all of our lives. Sometimes they are small, other times they take a bit more energy to handle. Sometimes when they are big, we can feel overwhelmed and forget that we have already successfully dealt with many challenges in the past.  Think of a problem or challenge you’re currently facing.  Take a minute to think about the skills and knowledge you’ve used/learnt from dealing with past challenges and how you can use these to help you now and give you a confidence boost.
